My name is Cory and I love beer.  I love to drink it, I love to visit the places they brew it, and I love to talk about it.

The purpose of this blog is not to beer snob it up.  I’m not a critic and I don’t pretend to be.  I’m an enthusiastic amateur.  I’m not here to slag off breweries and talk down their best efforts.  I certainly don’t know everything there is to know about beer, but I do know what I like and I’m keen on sharing my favourite beers and brewers with as many people as are interested.

I’m lucky enough to travel a bit for work so I get an opportunity to visit a number of breweries, pubs, and craft beer bars around the country.  Over the course of this blog, I’ll share a number of the best I’ve been to, as well as new ones I discover as we go along.

Each week I will share either one of my favourite beers or tell you about one of the Australian breweries I’ve been fortunate enough to visit.

This is a labour of love for me.  I love talking about this stuff.  So if no one ever reads this, it’ll still be totally worth it.  But if anyone ever does see this, I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing it.
