DIPA by Dainton Brewery
For the first, but definitely not the last, time in this blog, I will be writing today about a beer from Dainton Brewery in Victoria. I have yet to have a bad beer from Dainton (and I’ve tried a fair few) but today it’s the DIPA Double IPA I’d like to share.

This beer is hoppy. It’s very hoppy. And I love it. It comes in at a hefty 8.3% but it is so freaking delicious. It’s a big beer, there’s no doubting that. But it really delivers with absolutely everything you’d want from a double IPA. That super hoppy/bitter kick up front fades to an awesome lingering flavour that just leaves me with a warm feeling all over.
Again, I probably lack the beer verbiage to do this beer justice, but if you like hoppy beers, go find a DIPA from Dainton. And just go ahead and grab any other Dainton beers you happen to come across. They will not disappoint.
