For the next brewery on the list, we go to Queensland for the first time for Cory’s Top 20 – #11 Black Hops Brewery.

I haven’t been lucky enough to get to Black Hops in person yet.  Although as luck would have it, I will likely be there two days after this post goes up.  I’m especially keen to try Black Hops’ first beer, the intriguing Eggnog Stout. So there may be a bit of an update to this post upcoming. 

I have, however, had the good fortune to enjoy a few of the excellent beers Black Hops produce.  So far I’ve focused mainly on the IPA’s that Black Hops crank out with the Hornet, Super Hornet, and G.O.A.T. Hazy all being outstanding.  Nothing cute, nothing odd or left field, just straight up well-made

 I’d highly recommend finding yourself a Black Hops beer.  My opinion of them just continues to improve with each subsequent Black Hops brew I’m able to seek out.
